Tyler and Kaylin's Day At Moore Mansion

We've known Kaylin and her family since she was a little girl.  Playing dress up with our daughter and even role playing wedding days when the dresses and the moods were right.  Little did we know that we'd have the pleasure of photographing her wedding all these years later.

Storybook from beginning to end, the wedding was held at Moore Mansion in Pasco.  A truly beautiful old building that sits near the Columbia River under the monumental Blue Bridge.

The day was filled with family, friends, and tons of fun.  Perfect weather for the Tri-Cities in August with sunshine, a light breeze, and right around 90 degrees.  You honestly couldn't ask for better.

One of the most important things of the day was that the bride and groom wanted to just have fun with their pictures.  Not much was taken in the way of old fashioned and traditional.  We were on an adventure to make images that were fun and sometimes kind of outrageous.

The wedding party and guests had a great time playing croquet on the lawn.  We captured some amazing images of the couple both indoors and outside.  Moore Mansion offers so many great places to pose for both fun as well as romantic shots.

Right after the wedding ceremony the bride and groom jumped into "Miss Daisy" a limo operated by 4 star limousine, and we drove over to a spot just down river where we could have a vantage point of the bridges.  We got some great images of the couple in and out of the limo.

The food by Castle Catering was exquisite as usual.  A multi-course Italian meal with wine from Chandler Reach winery and beer from Ice Harbor.

All weddings have a "first" in them for us.  This wedding offered us our first flash mob dance.  The parents started the dance as scheduled, and then suddenly all the guests jumped onto the dance floor area to perform a full out flash mob performance for the shocked bride and groom.  It was amazing to experience!!

The night ended with dancing to the music provided by Moore Mansion's own DJ team, with french fries and other fried delicacies from Castle Catering.
